At 10 a.m., we'll depart for Lachen in a private car from your hotel. Before we reach Lachen, here are some intriguing details about this picturesque destination:
Lachen sits at an elevation of 9,000 feet and is renowned for its stunning valley, home to rare flora such as conifers and over 40 species of rhododendrons. The name 'Lachen' is derived from 'Lachen Chu,' a river that flows through the heart of the valley, enhancing its breathtaking beauty. The region experiences extreme cold from October to November due to heavy rainfall. Lachen also boasts the historic Lachen Monastery, or Lachen Gompa, built in 1858 in Tibetan architectural style. The monastery is a cultural hub where visitors can experience traditional Sikkimese festivals. Additionally, the Kanchenjunga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is located about 107 km away.

After exploring these incredible spots, you will enjoy a delicious lunch at Namok, a charming village in North Sikkim. You are expected to reach Lachen in the evening, where you'll check into a deluxe hotel for an overnight stay and savor a flavorful dinner.
Start your day early at 4 a.m. with breakfast at Thangu. Following your meal, embark on an excursion through Kanchenjunga National Park and visit the stunning Gurudongmar Lake. After your visit, return to Lachen for lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to Lachung, stopping en route to explore Chungthang, where the Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu rivers converge, as well as the Bhim Nala Waterfall and the Holy Rock at Chungthang. Arrive in Lachung for an overnight stay, including dinner at your hotel.
Early Morning post breakfast visits Yumthang-valley (known as Valley of Flowers); Yumthang is the summer grazing ground of yetis & winter playgrounds of yaks. On the way back, visit the Hot Spring considered medicinal properties. Back to Lachung hotel for lunch and transfer to Gangtok.
