Mid-Day: On your return drive toward Colombo, stop at the Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project to see baby turtles and rescued sea turtles.
Afternoon: Drive via the Southern Expressway to Colombo. Check into your city hotel.
Evening: Embark on a Colombo city tour covering the historic Fort district, Pettah Bazaar, the striking Red Mosque (Jami Ul-Alfar), and Gangaramaya Temple on Beira Lake. End your evening taking in the ocean breeze at Galle Face Green.
